Married Tatyana Anatolyevna Bakovskaya, two children. Sister Podvodov is a former district Primary president, district family history center dorector and family history missionary. Born in Vladimirovka, Volnovakha district, Donetsk region, Ukraine, USSR, to Anatoly Petrovich Bakovsky and Nina Petrovna Bakovskaya.
